We are unable to collect our fee during the gift card transaction, so you get paid 100% of the revenue immediately.
We then raise an invoice for our 3.49% fee (assuming you are on our Pay as you Go plan) at the end of your monthly billing cycle, so you may want to add a card to your Gift Up! account to have your fees paid automatically.
What payment methods does Gift Up! support for fees?
We support all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and direct debit/bank transfer*
*Direct debit is supported in the UK, EU, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, New Zealand and Canada. US & Norwegian bank transfers will be supported soon.
When will the invoice be issued?
This is tied to when you signed up for Gift Up!, it's on the same day every month, so if you signed up on the 3rd of the month, your invoice will be raised on the 3rd of every month going forward.
